Position: Founder, Oasis in the Overwhelm
Millie's passion? Invite individuals and groups to live their lives with deeper clarity, confidence, and compassion.
Do you want greater clarity and focused energy for yourself or your group?
Explore Millie's two key questions: Who am I? and What am I here for?
Whether you are an individual, a business or non-profit, an educational or health or religious group, a CEO/line worker/parent/therapist/coach/student, now is the time to get clear on: Why am I here on this planet? and How can I be my best self today?
Millie is known for her ability to inspire people to do what they thought was impossible. She has taught non-singers to sing, non-swimmers to swim, CEOs to present confidently, Type A folks to de-stress, warring parties to work together.
Millie walks her talk. An ex-nun turned nightclub singer, ex-shy Kentuckian turned international trainer, she is a Professional Certified Coach, Clinical Instructor in Psychiatry at Yale University School of Medicine, and certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) Level II with a specialty in Performance Enhancement.
Her six years' experience working with educational teams in Latin America and Europe, and her decades of experience interacting with diverse groups in inner-city USA and high-tech casino VPs make her comfortable -- and effective -- in basement gatherings and boardrooms, on street corners or stadiums, in person and virtually.
Author of Oasis in the Overwhelm and eight other books, she is a frequent guest on TV and radio interviews.
